Until Halloween, I’m staying home in Tucson, Arizona to buckle down and do some work, which, actually, most people wouldn’t even define as “work.” My job is to support my team and socialize. Pretty much, I take people out for meals and meet my team for dinner. This month, we had a birthday dinner party and are doing a lot of team building, or “building culture.” Put simply, I teach my team how to show the business.
We work on personal development and I help them to change lives by liberating people from dead-end cycles with money and jobs, all the while affording them the opportunity to take memory-making vacations. People talk about needing to find a work/life balance. If you’ve been following my blogs, you’ll see I have the opposite situation: I do a lot of living; this month I needed to get some work done. If you’re looking for an opportunity to put more LIFE in your work/life balance, contact me.
