I think the fact that I gained three pounds on our Thanksgiving trip to San Antonio pretty much sums it up — lots of food and great times with my family! Shequita and I got an exhausting start to our trip, leaving Las Vegas Wednesday at 8:00PM and flying overnight to arrive in San Antonio at 5:00Am. We took a nap for a few hours, ate breakfast, and then had a feast to end all feasts. I probably munched down an entire pie throughout the day! It was just because I enjoyed being surrounded by family so much! We had my uncle and his kids, my aunt and uncle and their kids, so that there were probably fifteen people at my mom’s house! We watched football and my uncles went shopping for Black Friday. At the theater, we saw Bad Mom’s Christmas, which was funny as hell.
My family left on Friday. We celebrated my mom’s birthday by going to brunch at Cracker Barrel and then to the River Walk for a drink. I met with my team members at a bar called Lil’ Woodrow’s so I could answer some questions about the business, show the new card, and do some prospecting. This meeting also made some of my trip a “business trip.”
