This year’s United event began for me with the honor of visiting the owner of the company’s beautiful mansion, where he personally mentored me and 12 other team leaders. The Co-founder’s multi-billion dollar vision for the company blew me away! It was such a blessing to be a be able to learn from him, especially because he used to be a Rep, and now has come so far. The advice he provided on how to build our businesses was invaluable. I appreciated how he made himself available to answer all our questions.
We also got to chat with the Executive Director of the World Ventures Foundation, which conducts the voluntourism trips for the company. It was so cool to see how many people we are actually impacting! So far, we’ve raised 5 million dollars, created one hundred bottle schools, donated 25,000 volunteer hours, and funded twenty global projects. This is made possible not only by members signing up for these charity tourism trips, but also because a portion of every person’s membership dues is allocated to the foundation. On Friday we went to the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, dedicated to the life, death, and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. It was amazing, especially because they had an exhibit located on the sixth floor of the the Texas School Book Depository building, which was the primary location for the assassination crime scene, and where it’s believed Lee Harvey Oswald took his shot. Shequita and I enjoyed the self-guided audio tour, although we were bummed that Six Flags Over Texas (our original plan) was closed that day.
The Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders opened the event the next day, followed by motivating speeches by the top income-earning Reps, telling us exactly how to build our businesses and make more money. Their inspiring success stories and tips where all intended to help us expand our businesses.
I was also excited to hear about a whole new set of vacations we are offering, called Dreambody trips. They are all fitness-based vacations, with yoga and other fitness-centered retreats, and gladiator camps.
Get in touch with me f you’re interested in becoming part of such a successful and supportive company or if you’d like to learn more about these new Dreambody trips.
